Why we built it

Crew hiring in this industry runs on Facebook groups, dock gossip, and gut feel. Crew can't look for the next program without exposing themselves to their current one. Captains and owners sift hundreds of unvetted messages and still hire on a hunch. Both sides lose. CrewConnect fixes the parts everyone hated: the lack of privacy, and the lack of real fit.
